Standing in the garden today was a joy. Sparrows chattering while flitting here and there and everything so lush after gorging on the heavy rainfall.

Yesterday, in the sun, my husband and I watched bees feasting on blossom at the bottom of our garden…there must have been nearly 50 of them at one point; wonderful.

We only have a small plot, but there is so much to see, so much happening…the restorative power of nature cannot be underestimated…there is so much pleasure to be had, even in a suburban garden.

I hope you’re having a happy Saturday!

  1. What a beautiful bee photo, and great words about nature’s restorative power. Thank you for sharing your garden! I need to go work in mine today. I’ll think of you and your bees as I do!

Your thoughts are always welcome...
